Natalie Rodriguez, LSW, is a compassionate and driven Licensed Social Worker dedicated to empowering individuals and families through personalized, evidence-based care. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Natalie is passionate about building meaningful relationships that foster growth, healing, and resilience across diverse communities.

Currently serving as an Intensive In-Community Clinician at Mercedes & Family LLC, Natalie specializes in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing psychoeducation for clients and parents, and coordinating care among multidisciplinary teams. Her therapeutic approach is eclectic—drawing from multiple modalities to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

Before joining Mercedes & Family LLC, Natalie worked as a Behavior Technician at PremierPath ABA, where she supported children with autism through data-driven interventions, behavioral redirection, and consistent collaboration with BCBAs and families.

Natalie earned both her Master of Social Work (MSW) and Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts (with a concentration in Global Communication and Media, and a minor in Marketing) from Ramapo College of New Jersey. She also holds certifications in New York Child Abuse Identification and Reporting and has strong skills in Google Suite, data collection, and care coordination.
